Ladies....let's talk! Getting your period every month is definitely not fun, but on your wedding day? It's THE. WORST. The bright side is there are definitely things you can do to not only alleviate any wedding day discomfort, but to hopefully make sure the two don't coincide. In this episode we'll talk about how to be prepared no matter what happens, including the best way to get your wedding dress up and down for those inevitable trips to the bathroom. It might be TMI, but I think you ALL need to hear these tips!
